What is Sparkling Tea?

Sparkling Tea
Elevating an Everyday Beverage
Sparkling tea is a premium non‑alcoholic beverage that elevates traditional tea through carbonation and artisanal blending. Unlike mass‑market iced teas or tea‑flavoured soft drinks, sparkling tea is a sophisticated alternative to wine, champagne and cocktails. Sparkling tea can be made from a fruit base or a dealcoholised wine base, which changes the flavour profile and tasting experience. Purité has elected to develop products using both bases to ensure our collection appeals to different preferences.
A Pure Process
How It’s Made
Hand‑brewed tea extracts, brewed with precise timing and temperature to preserve delicate aromatics. Tea is cooled and cross‑flow filtered; base (premium grape juice or dealcoholised wine) is blended. Tannin fining ensures clarity and foam stability; CO2 is added to create fine, persistent bubbles; bottles are pasteurised.
How it’s Served
Flutes and Coupes
Serving & pairing quick tips: Serve in a flute or coupe at 5–7°C; pair orchard style with brunch and teatime treats; pair vineyard style with shellfish, sushi and fine cheeses.
